Having looked at this site – it’s a huge disappointment – it just tells you which radio station is most likely to be playing your favourite tune. Unless I’ve missed something obvious.

I’m reading up about small group leadership in prep for the Learn2Lead course I’m running. This is from the book “Equipped to lead a cell community” by Liz West and Trevor Withers.

Within the community the number of contributing relationships is made up of the sum of all the individual relationships … and can be calculated as follows:
Number in group = n
((n x n) – n)/2
So if there are six in the group there are 15 relationships, 9 has 36 and 15 an impossible 105. The group size has to therefore be limited so that quality relationships can be maintained.
